Thank you for your interest in the Upper Deck Organized Play Program. Please use this application to be considered as an Upper Deck Organized Play Retailer. If you plan on selling any Upper Deck Game Product in your Hobby Shop, but do not plan on running any gaming events, you can still use this application to be included on our Upper Deck Store Locator and gain access to our incentives.

All applicants will need to be verified as a Certified Diamond Dealer (CDD) through your preferred Distributor before acceptance in our Organized Play Program. Please contact your rep at the following Distributors to get an application and become verified to sell Upper Deck Gaming Products if you have not done so already.

Advantages to being accepted into the Upper Deck Organized Play Program

• Ability to order Organized Play Kits through our website
• Access to retailer support assets – social media graphics, web banners, in store posters, and more!
• Officially recognized on our store and event locator which gives you additional reach and allows players to find your location and upcoming events.

Application Timeline

• Upper Deck Organized Play application approval times may vary, depending on whether you are currently a CDD or not.
• If you are already an approved CDD, please expect 3-5 days for approval of your application in our UD Organized Play program.
• If you are not a CDD, please reach out to your preferred Distributor (listed above). Once you have applied through your Distributor, please allow 3-5 days for status of your application. Once approved, then submit an application through this portal and allow an additional 3-5 days for approval as an Upper Deck Organized Play Retailer.

Locations that have already been approved do not need to re-apply for the Upper Deck Organized Play Program.

If you do have multiple locations, please apply for each store location so we can approve each separately.

Once you are approved, you are set to run events and access exclusive materials to aide in selling Upper Deck Gaming Products.
